一、產(chǎn)品介紹Product introduction

高速三頭激光落料線由上料臺(tái)車、開卷機(jī)、清洗機(jī)、校平機(jī)、緩沖活套、伺服送料機(jī)、三頭激光切割裝置、帶式動(dòng)態(tài)切割平臺(tái)、碼垛裝置、廢料處理系統(tǒng)、液壓氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)及電氣控制系統(tǒng)組成，通過系統(tǒng)控制的激光切割頭在激光切割平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行的三維運(yùn)動(dòng)切割，代替壓力機(jī)及模具，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)金屬帶料的自動(dòng)落料 。

High-speed three heads laser blanking line consists of coil car, uncoiler, washing machine, leveler, loop, servo feeder, three heads laser cutting device, dynamic belt cutting platform, stacking device, waste disposal system, hydraulic pneumatic system and electrical control system. The laser cutting head controlled by the system is in the laser. The three-dimensional motion cutting on the cutting platform replaces the press and die to realize the automatic blanking of metal strip.

二、專利證書Patent certificate：

       我公司于2012年開始研發(fā)新型的激光切割落料設(shè)備，取得了三項(xiàng)國(guó)家實(shí)用新型專利，一項(xiàng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利，并且申報(bào)了日本、歐盟和美國(guó)的專利保護(hù)，我們制造的設(shè)備已經(jīng)在多個(gè)用戶投產(chǎn)了使用。

       Our company began to develop the new laser blanking line in 2012, and has obtained three national utility model patents, one national invention patent, and declared the patent protection of Japan, the European Union and the United States. The equipment we manufactured has been put into use by many users.

l 設(shè)備投資低：與現(xiàn)有大型落料生產(chǎn)設(shè)備相比，激光切割落料生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備質(zhì)量小，能耗低，且無需復(fù)雜的設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)，大大降低了前期投資和后期維護(hù)使用成本。

Low equipment investment:

compared with the traditional blanking line, the laser-cutting blanking line has small weight, low energy consumption, and no complex equipment foundation, which greatly reduces the pre-investment and post-maintenance cost.

High output efficiency:

compared with the existing laser cutting equipment, the laser-cutting blanking production line uses the coil for blank production, instead of the coil slicing first and then cutting on the equipment, which improves the production efficiency.

l 靈活性高：無需制造模具，采用先進(jìn)的排樣軟件及控制系統(tǒng)，產(chǎn)品規(guī)格形狀轉(zhuǎn)換迅速，適合各種批量產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。

High flexibility:

Flexibility: No need to manufacture dies, advanced layout software and control system are adopted. The product specifications and shapes change quickly, which is suitable for various batch production.

l  維護(hù)成本低：采用10萬小時(shí)免維護(hù)的光纖激光發(fā)生器，性能可靠；同時(shí)激光切割速度快，不銹鋼的切割速度可達(dá)到每分鐘50米/分鐘（厚度1mm時(shí)），可快速完成切割下料。

Low maintenance cost:

Use the 100,000-hour maintenance-free laser generater, reliable performance; the laser cutting speed is fast, the cutting speed of stainless steel can reach 50 meters per minute (when the thickness is 1 mm), and the blanking can be completed quickly.

l  產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)高：采用高精度的校平機(jī)、高精度的送料及切割系統(tǒng)、先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)碼垛系統(tǒng)等，可適應(yīng)各種金屬材料的零件胚料生產(chǎn)。

High quality:

Advanced high-precision leveling machine, high-precision feeding, cutting system, and automatic stacker system, etc., can be adapted to the production of various metal parts embryo.

l 使用成本低：由于不需要模具進(jìn)行沖壓，降低了模具制造和維護(hù)費(fèi)用；同時(shí)設(shè)備沒有使用大型壓力機(jī)，生產(chǎn)能耗大大降低，也降低了環(huán)境噪音。

Low using cost:

It reduces the mould manufacturing and maintenance costs. Meanwhile, without using large press, production energy consumption is greatly reduced, also reduces the ambient noise.

l 材料利用率高：因?yàn)槭褂镁砹线M(jìn)行連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，不會(huì)產(chǎn)生單片時(shí)料頭料尾的損耗；同時(shí)設(shè)備采用優(yōu)化排樣，將各種形狀的零件組合進(jìn)行無搭邊切割，減少了材料損耗，提高了材料利用率。

High material utilization:

Because continuous production with coil material will not produce the loss of material head and tail when single piece is produced; at the same time, the equipment adopts optimized layout to cut various shapes of parts without lapping edge, which reduces material loss and improves material utilization rate.
