1、產(chǎn)品概述：

我公司于2011年開始研發(fā)了新型的激光切割落料設(shè)備，并于2013年獲得了國(guó)家發(fā)明專利。

整套采用激光切割技術(shù)的開卷落料生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，由上料臺(tái)車、開卷機(jī)、校平機(jī)、緩沖活套、伺服送料機(jī)（如采用伺服校平送料一體機(jī)，則可以取代前面的校平機(jī)和緩沖活套，減少占地面積）、激光切割裝置、切割平臺(tái)、碼垛裝置、廢料處理系統(tǒng)、液壓氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)及電氣控制系統(tǒng)組成，通過(guò)系統(tǒng)控制的激光切割頭在激光切割平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行的三維運(yùn)動(dòng)切割，代替壓力機(jī)及模具，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)金屬帶料的自動(dòng)落料。

A complete set of production equipment for uncoiling and blanking with laser cutting technology, consists of feeding trolley, uncoiler, Leveller, buffer looper, servo feeder,（If servo leveling and feeding machine is used, it can replace the previous leveller and buffer looper to reduce the area occupied） laser cutting device, cutting platform, stacking device, waste disposal system, hydraulic pneumatic system and electrical control system. The laser cutting head controlled by the system is used for three-dimensional motion cutting on the laser cutting platform to replace the press and die to realize automatic blanking of metal strip.

compared with the existing laser cutting equipment, the laser-cutting blanking production line uses the coil for blank production, instead of the coil slicing first and then cutting on the equipment, which improves the production efficiency.

High flexibility:

No need to manufacture dies, advanced layout software and control system are adopted. The product specifications and shapes change quickly, which is suitable for various batch production.

l  維護(hù)成本低：采用10萬(wàn)小時(shí)免維護(hù)的ＩＰＧ光纖激光切割器，性能可靠；同時(shí)激光切割速度快，不銹鋼的切割速度可達(dá)到35m/分鐘（厚度1mm時(shí)），可快速完成切割下料。

Low maintenance cost:

Use the 100,000-hour maintenance-free IPG laser cutter, reliable performance; At the laser cutting speed is fast, the cutting speed of stainless steel can reach 35 meters per minute (when the thickness is 1 mm), and the cutting blanking can be completed quickly.

l 產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)高：采用高精度的校平機(jī)、高精度的送料及切割系統(tǒng)、先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)碼垛系統(tǒng)等，可適應(yīng)各種金屬材料的零件胚料生產(chǎn)。

High quality:

Advanced high-precision leveller, high-precision feeding, cutting system, and automatic stacker system, etc., can be adapted to the production of various metal parts embryo.

l 使用成本低：由于不需要模具進(jìn)行沖壓，降低了模具制造和維護(hù)費(fèi)用；同時(shí)設(shè)備沒有使用大型壓力機(jī)，生產(chǎn)能耗大大降低，也降低了環(huán)境噪音。

l 材料利用率高：因?yàn)槭褂镁砹线M(jìn)行連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，不會(huì)產(chǎn)生單片時(shí)料頭料尾的損耗；同時(shí)設(shè)備采用優(yōu)化排樣，將各種形狀的零件組合進(jìn)行無(wú)搭邊切割，減少了材料損耗，提高了材料利用率。

High material utilization:

Because continuous production with coil material will not produce the loss of material head and tail when single piece is produced; at the same time, the equipment adopts optimized layout to cut various shapes of parts without lapping edge, which reduces material loss and improves material utilization rate.
